Wild orchids, reeds, gladioli, peonies, hydrangeas... It is a real stroll that Florence Gossec offers us. A stroll in the countryside of her childhood, shared between Orleans and the Guadeloupe of her parents.

Self-taught, Florence Gossec started out in fashion. With audacity, she created her own collections of outfits, before being noticed for her brass wire jewelry. In 2018, she even collaborated with Pascal Millet on the Fashion Week in Paris.

In a few years, her practice has evolved. She pinches, she hammers, she bends the brass wires, and gives them poetic shapes. Hanging on simple piano strings, Florence Gossec's creations come to life to become tropical plants, country bouquets or abstract sculptures. In her hands, the brass, crafted in a thousand ways, invites us into a luminous and vegetal world.
