Damalia

edition of creole objects

Saint Louis, Marie Galante.png

Damalia is a Creole furniture and decoration publishing company. Publishing in design is like publishing books: to be at the origin of projects, models, tests and to gather talents to create real objects. The workshop is located in Saint-François, where Kessen Poitou and Mattis Esnault strive to combine traditional and modern know-how.

When I returned to Guadeloupe, I realized that most of the furniture sold here was imported. Even though our nature is rich in raw materials and precious woods, like mahogany and acajou. Even though our craftsmen have immense expertise in cabinet making. Kessen Poitou, Co-founder of Damalia
