What do you sell at Gaston?We are betting on bringing together artistic and craft productions on our site. These two worlds are nourished by Creole culture, and they participate in creation in the Antilles in the broad sense. So you will find at Gaston: original paintings limited edition prints sculptures works of art

What is pre-order?Some items are not in stock. That is to say that it is only once you have placed the order on the Gaston site that we contact the creators so that they can launch the production of your piece. So yes, it requires you to be patient. But take comfort: you have the chance to wait for a piece created by hand especially for you... it deserves a little time, right?

What is an art print, or reproduction?Some artists have accepted that we make limited edition reproductions of their works. This particularly concerns canvases. So as long as the original is not sold, you can contact us to have a canvas printed! Each art print is numbered and signed by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity. This is also our philosophy at Gaston: to give you access to exceptional pieces at an affordable price!

Is online payment secure?At Gaston, online payment is secured using the SSL protocol. It encrypts your bank data and ensures that your data remains confidential, and that your payment is made in complete security.

What payment methods can I use?For the moment, we have configured two means of payment: you can use your credit card (payments are then processed by our partner Stripe), or you can go directly through your Paypal account. They allow payments in 3 installments!

Can I pay in several installments?Exactly! If you go through a Paypal account, payments in 4 installments free of charge are possible very simply.

How are delivery charges calculated?We know that no one wants to pay for delivery... However, your orders come a long way, and in addition they must be well packaged to be protected. As we are just launching the activity, we simply apply the postage costs.

Why are delivery times so long?Your order arrives directly from the West Indies. There is a scheduled time to notify the artists and let them create certain pieces. These are the pre-order pieces. There is then a delay for packaging and delivery of the package itself. We are still learning, but the more commands we send to you, the more efficient we will be.

Where is the delivery made?As we want to make sure your order gets to you safely, we have it delivered directly to your door.

What is the deadline for returning an item?You have a period of 15 calendar days to notify us by email and return the item to us by La Poste, the stamp being taken as proof. We will inform you of the return address, once your request has been sent by email to gaston.boutique@gmail.com

What are the terms and conditions for returning a part?If you wish to return a part to us, you have 15 calendar days to notify us by email. Your email should specify: the article reference reason for dismissal a photo upon receipt in case of damaged item Postage will be at your expense. Be sure to reuse the original packaging to provide maximum protection for the item that will travel in the opposite direction. The shipment must also be made within 15 calendar days, as evidenced by the postmark.

What if my item arrives damaged?You need to check the status of the creations delivered. You have 15 calendar days from delivery to send us a complaint by email. The reason to indicate: non-conformity or apparent defect of the creations Remember to add photos showing the condition of the package or item Follow the return procedure once our customer service has answered you

Will I be reimbursed if I return a part?Oh, are you really wondering...? Of course, once the item has been received, we will send you a confirmation. If the item is in good condition, you will receive your refund within 15 calendar days, using the same payment method that you used.
