• The bakoua adornment of this pottery is precious... We recommend that you do not immerse it in water. You can clean gently with a sponge.

Artists and artisans carefully package their creations so they arrive to you safely. Gaston then picks up the packages and makes groupage shipments through a partner carrier. We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

We do not accept exchanges. In the case of a refund, if you wish to return an item, you have 15 calendar days to send your request to customer service. Your email must specify the reference of the article and the reason for the return. You will have to pay for the postage. Be sure to reuse the original packaging to protect the item as much as possible that will travel in the opposite direction
