Artists and artisans carefully package their creations so they arrive to you safely. Gaston then picks up the packages and makes groupage shipments through a partner carrier. We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

We do not accept exchanges. In the case of a refund, if you wish to return an item, you have 15 calendar days to send your request to customer service. Your email must specify the reference of the article and the reason for the return. You will have to pay for the postage.
